For me, veganism is combination of my desire to be healthy, environmentally responsible, and nonviolent toward other sentient creatures. Blood tests show I’m allergic to or intolerant of a ridiculous amount of foods. So, this page is partly a selfish journey toward finding vegan food that is free of gluten, soy, and many otherwise normal vegan staples.
I’m excited and honored that Daud Scott and Sara Kuretzky have offered to share their talents with this part of the website. Daud runs a holistic health business in Los Angeles, and Sara is a nutritional coach in Detroit. Sara and Daud have done interviews for the site, so make sure to check those out.
