Thanks to Sarah Kuretzky and Daud Scott, I’m launching a new feature on this site: Vegan Health and Food. Blood tests in December revealed to me that I needed to either eat meat again or go completely vegan again. I chose the second option. Thankfully, through this project, I have met some cool vegans who are willing to share their knowledge.
Sarah is a teacher and holistic health coach in Detroit. Daud has been making a name for himself as a certified holistic nutritionist in Los Angeles. Both know how to cook a heck of a lot better than I do. I feel extremely lucky and grateful that these two have agreed to share some holistic health tips and recipes on this site.
