Chocolate for mental health!

X 3.6.16 So, Daud and Sarah must have read my latest blog and decided to help save me (and the rest of us) from the blues. Daud contributes a great article (replete with Bad Brains references, even) on eating for a positive mental attitude, and Sarah contributes a recipe for Raw Avocado Cacao Mousse that includes several of Daud’s power foods.
